Truffles to get Royal treatment

Truffles made by a Fredericton chocolatier are fit for the Queen.

Uwe Kuester of Chocolaterie and Patisserie Fackleman shows the letter he received from Buckingham Palace. He’s making truffles for the Queen.

Uwe and Beate Kuester are the owners of Chocolaterie and Patisserie Fackelman on Woodstock Road. As soon as the rush for valentine truffles has been filled, they will begin preparing a sweet and special order for Queen Elizabeth.
