Schnitzel $19.50
We use sirloin pork, hand breaded. Our Schnitzels are pan-fried and
will be served with our homemade Spätzle and salad.
Hunter Schnitzel (Jäger Schnitzel) – dark beef gravy with mushrooms
Hungarian Schnitzel (Zigeuner Schnitzel) – mixed peppers (spicy)
Schnitzel Hollandaise – with sauce Hollandaise
Schnitzel Bombay – sweet mandarin-cream-curry
Schnitzel Milan – topped with Tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese
Schnitzel Bavaria – topped with Sauerkraut
